How does the tug captain allow the ship to pin him under the dock before he lets the smoke roll ? Couldn’t he see it coming? You’d have thought he’d have pinned the throttle the second he was being pushed back.

I wondered that as well, I would have been on the fuel way sooner.

Giving it full throttle with the arse end under the pier was a little risky I would think..

Isn't there a pecking order when tugs are hooked to a big cruiser like this? In other words, the captain has to follow strict orders from a designated spotter for lack of better terminology.
