Wheeled into a local restaurant last week and parked pointing uphill at the far edge of the lot, on high ground, second gear. Maybe a 5% grade. Went in and had lunch with my partner - sort of a longish lunch.

Came out to find my truck in the middle of the lot, moving at breathtaking glacier speeds down toward the rows of Honda Civics and Toyota Camrys.

Maybe a bad habit picked up from the 2004. 5, which was a 48RE. The NV5600 definitely needs the parking brake. At least when the nose is pointing uphill.

Damn glad we didn't order desert.

nice idea, but the both front wheels were against the curb on the uphill back side of the lot.

The real point here is: parking brake. Kinda got out of the habit on the last truck (48re)
