Coming to work ths afternoon, my truck started bucking and jumping and dies, "still had fuel pressure", so I was like WTF? So I try and start it, it was really hesitant, but started and then things seemed to be fine for about a 1/8th mile and the the tach started reving up and down, up and down and big time black and grey haze was coming out the exhaust and the engine sounded like a second gen on a below zero morning, "Lots of timing", so I happened to be by a buddy's of mine house and pulled it in there and went and got my good ol faithful 92 12 valve... I got my SMARTY and it had a low voltage to fuel pump / fuel pressure and a unknown code, not sure the #'s right now... I'm hoping that it's just a relay to the fuel pump, but the reving and timing scared the heck out of me, Any input would be much apperciated. Thanks...

I Know When You Unplug The Coolant Temp Sensor It Sounds Like A 24 Valve, But It Should Still Run In Limp Mode, There Was A Few Trucks With A Rubbed Engine Harness Near The Ac Compressor That Was Causing Voltages To Vary On Various Sensors, If You Get A Low Voltage To The Fca You Will Get A Higher Than Normal Rail Pressure, I Would Start With Removing Any Downloads Or Fueling Boxes And See If The Problem Is Still There...
