NOTE on TSB 18-027-03 for 2003 - 3500
(No Throlttle Responce, Lack of power While Towing)
There are two flashes required for this TSB one for the ECM and one for the PCM.
The TSB bulliton only states the flash for the ECM but upon looking up VIN info on truck at the dealership, two flashes come up as stated above one for the PCM and one for the ECM.
Point is the dealer has to look further into ther scan tool to find both. And unless they know of both you will most likley onley get the PCM Flash.
Does anyone else have any feedback re this subject ???
