Brand spankin' new poster here. The first of what I hope to be many! I just had to lay out a bug huge thank you to all of you for sharing the great info that has helped me at least get my '95 2500 4x4 running again. Still a long way from pounding the ground like she oughta but she is running again nonetheless. What I have learned in such a short time has given me the courage to make the attempt to tinker rather than fork over Mucho Dinero.
Due to an injury and subsequent surgery , I had to let my Ram sit for a lot longer than I really wanted. It's kinda hard to shift a 5 speed when you can't use you right arm and shoulder.
Now that the healing has progressed about as far as can be expected, at least I can shift gears again, but the Doc says I'll never be able to play relief pitcher for the Braves again. Oh, scuse me, I never did play for them in the first place.
My main regret is that I didn't find this forum sooner. I probably could have saved quite a few bucks that would have been better spent on other various goodies rather than molding away in the pocket of some greedy 0. 5 Star Dodge Dealership owner. Hmm!! Just pondering the possibilities of what would have been on my shopping list gives me the shudders.
In any case, thanks to one and all. You guys have a great thing going here and I am ecstatic to be allowed to be part of it.
