I found a place in Staten Island that serves up B100 so I filled my tank with half petro/half bio (B50). Runs nice, smells a little different. Just waiting for my fuel filter to clog up over the next few tanks.....

I would think that they had that bug worked out, before they sold it to the public. (plugging filters, that is) JMO Keep us posted though.

What happens is this, biodiesel is like fiber for your fuel system. So it is going to clean out your system the first time out and then your fine. So I carry a couple of fuel filters. You know it isn't going to clog in your driveway on a sunny Saturday morning

Will sure do a good job of cleaning off the nozzles on the injectors too.



And, as you mentioned, you will probably be in your Sunday go-to-metting clothes when you notice the fuel pressure start to drop. But, having guages gives you a heads up for the next stop. It won't quit all at once.

$2. 50 a gallon, but prices change often I think, but I would call in advance to make sure someone is there. In fact it would easier if you brought your own jugs. Since they don't have a pump.
