KDP Information

Go easy on me... . I'm still not used to supermarkets with entire sections/aisles devoted entirely to cheese. :-laf

While we're on the subject - what in the heck is farmer's cheese? Do I really want to know where it comes from? Is it like 'fromundah' cheese? :-laf :D

Matt

Welcome to the land of Cheese!!!!

I've seen the farmer's cheese, but can't say that I've tried it. How about the cheese curds? Have you seen the bags of those? Maybe we should have a bombing/cheese session in the near future. You can have a "gas off" competition with Nixter:-laf :-laf

got your red long johns handy Matt LOL loooks like it's getting time for the white stuff

make sure you have some tread left on those skins. . nut'in like slipp'in N slidd'in on no rubber ... I'm getting new skins monday, finish off these in spring , they just don't have enough depth for winter here

I have seen the cheese curds... . and I did exactly what I have been doing in the supermarkets lately... . I shrugged my shoulders and put them back where I found them. :)

My apartment is so freakin' hot that we have had the thermostat set to 60°..... the baseboard has been stone cold (Steve Austin style... . )..... and it's still over 70° with a window and the sliding door open. Needless to say, I'll need the long-johns when I venture outside... but not in this place!

I ended up in Wisconsin due to a job promotion. The company I work for has a branch out here... .

I'm dangerously close to a LOT of tractor pulling action in this part of the country. :D

Matt

How about Halloween night on State Street?

I think you should spend Halloween night on State Street. Big story on all the local news shows about the damage that happened last year from the rowdy crowds. They said they greased up all the light poles this year so nobody would climb them, and anchored or removed all the garbage cans so nobody would throw them through the store windows:rolleyes: .

Welcome !!

We'll have to meet for Lunch some time I am in Madison everyday to work. Need any help I am 30 mins away.

Craig

Matt,

Welcome to the Land of Cheese... . just remember, you can always escape Cheeseland by going to the Land of 10K Lakes ;) The only advice I can give you is the Cheeseheads get kind of sensitive if you talk negatively about their Packers. Be EXTREMELY careful Monday morning after the Packers get their butts KICKED by the PURPLE PEOPLE EATERS!!!

Hope to see you at a BOMBING Session.

Paul, aka "Sandblaster"

Matt,

Welcome to WI. I think this is a good time for everyone to get together for lunch some saturday. Has anyone seen the pictures from the last bomb party?

Paul

pICTURES OF THE SAND BLASTER

Paul, guess I will have to develop the roll here soon. got a few more pictures to take on it. Will get em posted soon as developed.

Dave:D

Thanks for the kind words...

Lunch, dinner, snack, beer - I'm game for anything.

Since I'm not much of a football fan - (you have to whisper that in these parts... . ) - I don't think I'll get in too many quarrels over the Packers. A guy at work is a HUGE Vikings fan - he gets busted all the time..... he even told me about one time that he went over to a family member's house to watch football. Packers VS. Vikings - like any good Packers fan would do - they made him watch from outside... in the snow. The Vikings won. :D

Madison has been good to us so far - the only part about the Northeast I will miss is my friends and family.

Matt

** Hint, Hint! **

FYI: I'm dangerously close to the Madison Hooters... . :D

Is that the one we had lunch at before?

I think a few other cheeseheads will chime in, but I think that's where we had a group luncheon before. All I can say is that it was "delicious". :D .

Yeah, like the other night:rolleyes:

Just kidd'n:p

I couldn't give a rusty **** about football.

PM Fireman Dave (he is our unoffical "Sunshine Secertary for our unofficial Wi chapter"). He can put you on "the List" for upcoming events like dyno runs, bombing meetings, get togethers and all that kinda cool stuff.

Need anything, just give a holler. :D

Hey Matt,

Welcome to God's Country! As a transplanted east coaster, I know what's it's like to come out to the midwest. It's a great area of the country, though. The thing I miss least about the east coast is the traffic - much more relaxed here. Oh yeah, and you can kiss those nice gradual east coast falls goodbye. It can go from summer to winter here in 12 hours. We have had some nice falls in recent years, though. Great to have you in our state, and we'll all look forward to meeting you.

Dave

I'm looking forward to the next get-together... ... whenever or wherever it is.

If the gals at the Hooters down the street look anything like the coeds around here..... we're in for some serious eye candy!
