Now what is wrong with my NV5600?

After waiting 10 1/2 weeks for a reman transmission I have driven my truck twice. Once the 50 mile trip home from the dealership then again today. Whats happening is in 6th gear there is an terrible squeal/howl/whistle noise coming from the transmission. It is very faint in 5th sometimes but 6th I have to put in earplugs and crank up the stereo to drown out the shrill noise. I have it booked in to be looked at next friday... ... but until then I have 200 miles a day of that nice noise. The noise stops when I push in the clutch. The dealership said they put in a new release bearing when the did the install. I hope it is nothing to do with the clutch. Clutch feels very normal. It does not sqeal all the time in 6th. Just after about 5 minutes of driving at 55mph it will just start doing it and won't stop until transmission seems to "cool" down. I can't wait another 10 1/2 weeks!

Before you drive it too far I would climb under and check the fluid. I'm not sure if the trans comes wet, and they may have forgot to fill it if it didn't.

Or possibly put the wrong lube in it.

I breifly considered checking the oil level... ... ... ... ... . until I saw all the snow and -20c tempnatures!
