Hopefully this is allowed, its not a turbo diesel but same truck, 08 Ram 2500 4x4 CCSB 5.7 Hemi.

Does anyone know of a magnetic replacement for the NP273 drain plugs? I believe they are M22x1.5 but I'm not 100% sure of that. Just bought an 08 2500 for my wife and upon changing the TCase fluid almost didnt get the drain plug out as it has been rounded badly where the 10mm allen key goes. Otherwise I'll just get stock replacement and change fluid regular as its very quick and easy to do. But I always put mag plugs on engine oil pan, I believe they do make a difference in long run.

Also Dodge dealer used MOPAR 04892339AB (MO-339) filter. I'm showing and installed a MOPAR 4884899AC (MO-899) which was significantly larger in size then the one I removed. Bigger filter, more filter media? I like the Mopar filters, they are USA and I use them on my Cummins as well. My research shows MO-339 is for the newer 5.7/6.4 Hemi 2014+. It's obviously cross compatible. Your thoughts?

Have a great Columbus day weekend hope you all have Monday off!

Search for Goldplug. I've installed them in both, fill- and drain plug. Put one layer of Teflon tape on the threads as they aren't tapered. It's more of an insurance that it won't come loose in the aluminum case. So you don't have to torque them crazy. Aluminum expands more then steel and without the taper it could loosen.
