2nd Annual UTAH Dyno Days June 15th

Tdr Nats Convoy From East

I'm gonna go out to the NTPA super nationals on June 22nd. If it rains then on the 23. Place Tomah Wisconsin. Starts 6pm. Anybody else gonna go?

Tractors scheduled for the night.

Super semi,FWD,Unlimiteds.

That's my neck o' the woods. I may go this year, I may not. I haven't decided yet. The pulls at night are something to behold though.

I may go.

I will go as long as it gets moved to the 23. I am supposed to pour concrete on the 22, but well see.

Pulls are scheduled Friday through Sunday. So if you can't make it one of the days you can go the next.

There is an afternoon and evening pull both Saturday and Sunday.

As an alternative, there is a pull in tha Appleton area this weekend as well. Pulling starts at 6:30 I beleive. Just north of Appleton on Hwy 47. Not as big as Tomah but an option for those looking for some action this weekend. No idea on cost... . sorry. Might be worth a look.

There's Veteran's Memorial campground in West Salem (about 30 minutes away from Tomah). (608)786-4011.

There's Neshonic campground (beautiful but busy) in West Salem. (608)786-1792.

Leon Valley in Sparta. About 20 minutes away. (608)269-6400.

Then there's Goose Island in LaCrosse (about 60 minutes away). (608)788-7018.

There's a start for ya.

Thanks Aron,

The problem I have is that some of the state parks are very nice but not so nice to even get through with a long trailer.

If you are going I might see you there.

Dennis

Most of those places aren't state parks. They're private (as far as I know).

As far as size goes, I don't think you'd have too many problems.

Heck, with a little hammering and some bodywork, Steve's trailer would fit. :D

Did not mean to imply they were, I meant I have been looking at state parks for this trip. We stay at Arbutus last year for a trip and it was really nice but I nearly had to back my trailer all the way out of the park after I was half way around the horse shoe.

Al's well that ends well. I looked up those places would like to stay on the south side of Tomah as going past would be quite a few extra miles on my little diesel ( 60k in 18 months:D ).

My wifes family lives up that way and her grandma is pretty sick and in the Marshfield hospital (wherever that is). So probably a combined trip.

See ya there.

Hey Fellas,,,,,,,,

My Dad and Mom are staying at the KOA in Oakdale just outside of Tomah while visiting relatives in the area. My 92 year old Grandma has lived in Tomah most of those years.

My folks will be staying at the KOA for the next couple of weeks, so if any of yall stay there and happen to see a Sweet-Looking-Elderly-Couple in their mid 70's with a Cougar 5er and a black and silver V-10 Ram,,,,,,,,, just tell them "RATTLINRAM asked us to check in on ya and say Hey!" :D :D

I would have liked to have come with them, but ,,,,,,work schedule wouldn't allow. I think I was about 15 yrs old the last time I seen a tractor pull in Tomah. I remember Art Affrons had a jet-powered puller there that year. :D :D
