Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) NV 5600 conversion

I was wondering if anyone knew the meseurments of where to cut the holes in the floor for the floor mounted 4wd shifter like the 98 up trucks and the hole for the 6 speed shifter and pictures or dimensions would be greatly apperciated

See if you can find BWillard on here. he did the swap a few months ago but his was a 24v truck. I dont know if that makes any difference or not but you may want to contact him or search for some of his posts.
