I noticed a couple days ago a very slight noise ( my wife could'nt hear it at first) like something rubbing when I release the clutch in neutral at idle. Goes away when you push the clutch in. Clutch does not slip and there is no other symptoms, or noises. I'm guessing throw out bearing.?, Or could it be the hyd system for the clutch not relasing the bearing all the way? Like I said ther is no other symptoms, and you have to listen close to hear it, maybe im being paranoid. Any advice would be appreciated.
Truck has 115,000 miles.

With 115K miles (a little early for a failure) and noise emitting from the trans as described, it's a good time for clutch replacement. But you can expect to get a few more miles out of it. You'll be replacing disk, pressure plate, throw out and pilot bearing any way, so see if you can get a few more miles out it. That flywheel has a slight taper to it, so unless you can find the proper machine shop who can resurface correctly, I'd replace it as well.

When did you change your transmission oil last? If it has been awhile I would change it and pull the left pto cover, clean the magnet and wipe out the bottom of the transmission. If you encounter any metal shavings you might have a bearing or bearings going south.

The clutch throw out bearing always runs with a little preload on it. If you increase throwout bearing load by pressing the pedal a little and the noise changes - bingo bad bearing. Be mindful of when the transmission stops spinning from pressing the pedal as that does change the noise.

The fact that all gears always spin in this trans means it shears down the oil fast. IMO 30K is the upper limit for service from the oil. Sample the oil to know.

As above change the trans oil. If you suspect the throw out bearing you can pull the slave cylinder and run the fork in with a screwdriver to listen to and feel the bearing. The cylinder being out removes the preload. Do not press the pedal with the cylinder out or you will be replacing it! -Yes jump the safety switch for this test to start the engine w/o pressing the clutch.
