NV4500 Drive Shaft Yoke

My dad and I are installing a NV4500 out of a Dodge pickup into a 1979 Chevy crew cab dually with a 454. Everything is installed and all we need is the yoke that goes into the back of transmission. It is out of a two wheel drive dodge but i don't know if it was a cummins or not

Maybe you guys know where we could get one and the bolt that screws into the shaft.

I'll get the specs tonight when i get home.

I think I read somewhere that it is out of a V10 gasser ????? do not remember where I read that
