nv4500 out of v10

I recently purchaed a vn4500 out of a 1998 dodge v10. Will that bolt up to my 1993 dodge CTD that currently has an auto? Also what tran is in my truck? (518?)

i believe it does 'bolt-up', but i think the clutch is what does not matchup. you can check on any site that sells an nv4500 conversion kit for it. they list you all the parts youll need to make it work on your truck.
