NV4500 output shaft socket

Does anyone know where to buy the special socket that holds the output shaft on the NV4500 when you are tightening the 5th gear nut. I have found the tool to tighten the 5th gear nut from Miller Tool, but did'nt see anything about the special socket to hold the output shaft. I thought of making one out of an old yoke, but these yokes seem to be just as hard to find as the special sockets are. Any ideas???

Miller makes the socket too. You can do without it. If the trans is in the truck, put a barring tool into the flywheel block plate. If the trans is on the bench, use a screwdriver through the tower hole to shift into two gears at once.
