I am requesting explanation of a shift kit for my 98 auto transmission. what advantage would one be to me and how do they work? I am currently pulling a 6000# camper in the camping seasons.
 
The NV4500 is a MANUAL shift 5 speed transmission... ;)



Yes, a shift kit for your AUTOMATIC transmission would probably help - and a stiffer torque converter would help even more... :D
