I think the cast iron tail shaft housing is an upgrade from a stock nv4500. So it should not affect every nv4500 owern.

I have been talking to quad 4/4 about buying my nv4500 and choose not to put that on because I was told it was for very high HP trucks. however I might be putting one on mine later. I will make sure that hole is centered on mine.
