Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) NV5600 Rebuild Instructions?

I know there was some kind of instructions on here about proper steps to rebuild a NV5600 because I found them 4yrs ago, last time I rebuilt it. I cannot for the life of me find them now. (Also wasn't smart enough to hang onto those instructions. ) Can anybody help me out?

Ha that's my truck and transmission sadly syncro's are bad again.
