Last year,they had some vendors set up some display tables,and had a big Q&A session with Cummins reps and Dodge dealer techs.

Sky,seminars on engine maintenance,warranty and paint finishes,accessories how to etc. There are door prizes and a special accessories giveaway. There is usually a question and answer session as well. Timberline has there Cummins,gas engine and transmission techs there. Actually,I learn more from talking with the fello TDR members who show up. Oh John the only thing I see on the cover of this newsletter is a Dodge truck and a jack-o-lantern. Is that you in costume? #ad

However, I was told by Andy, Evan and others that not long after the July 15th event they received a flyer for the next event... I assumed they meant the Fall event. Oh well.

Hey John,
There were two flyers circulated since the July show. The first flyer was telling the date scheduled for next summers' shown-n-shine. Yes,you did have a good pic of you polishing your wheels. I'd show it to you,but I don't have my flyer anymore because I sent it to Bill Stockard because it had a pic of tlippy on it! Hehe!

The second flyer just came in the mail and it's for the Nov 9th evening open house. It's not a show,just an open house type deal.

I will be there. They have some great door prizes. John,Ill be ready for July and the Show and Shine. Will be adding more goodies over the winter. Bed rails,spray in bedliner,ebrake,disc changer,GPS,Mag Hytec rearend cover,etc,etc. May not have room to sit in it by the time I get done. Of course a lot is dependent on what the tax man may want by April.

I tried to go last year but parking was impossible so I decided that unless I could get there by 4pm I would pass. I bought my '93 from them and wanted to get together with other TDR members and share "stuff". I agree with the problem of the mid week day especially for the out of towners - I too have problems getting off early on relatively short notice. I think the dealership/get together is an excellant idea and I comend Timberline Dodge for their participation in this. If the parking situation improves I will attend in the future.

Here it is 11/19/00 and there is no report on how this came off. This is why I am reluctant to join the TDR chapter run through Timberline. Most other groups give a run down of this type of event.
