O/D on 92?

was curious but when i took out the radio on my truck, 92 manual. . i found a plug in behind the dash that had a tag on it from factory that said ( O/D) did these come with overdrive or is it just an extra that is with the harness.

The wiring harnesses are the same for auto and manual. You just found the plug that would be used if it was an auto. 5th gear is OD in your truck.
