Lift pump

If you find a good source and price, let us know.

With their history of failure, I think I might want to carry a spare

TIA

Unfortunately, the OEM lift pump uses a virtually proprietary M12x1. 5 Metric thread for the inlet and outlet. The aftermarket Carters all have 3/8" NPT inlets and outlets. The only source of the metric pump appears to be either the stealer, or Cummins. (at half the price!)

If one moves the lift pump back to the tank and uses AN fittings to attach lines to the pump, either OEM or aftermarket pumps can be used!:D
