Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) O-Ring vs. Fire Ring

I'm just curious what is the better way to go? Which can hold more cylinder pressure/boost? - Thanks, Buck

your best bet is to do a search! lots of info there!!! but for a quick answer... both are great if done right! fire rings will hold more boost but take more labour (retorquing the head all the time) than the o-rings.
