Having a lot of issues with the 2010 RAM, 6.7 L, pertaining to the O2 sensor coding on the EVIC. Have had both of them and the harness replaced and nothing seems to last. The last 2 occasions came on at or around 6000 miles. It is a regular driver with a minimum 15 mile commute each way to town. Also use to tow a travel trailer occasionally. Odometer is setting at around 125 K, but the issues were going on long before the 100K.

I just read about the TSB that came out in Nov. 15 and will be finding out tomorrow if this flash has been done.

Any one with some nuggets of knowledge on this would be appreciated.

O2 sensors will get sooted up in light duty operation,if that is your issue they can be cleaned with low pressure air-no chemicals

I find myself regularly using the exhaust brake and tow haul features to decelerate when I am not towing. Is there any chance that this would cause the sensors to get sooted up?

Good question. I'm waiting on the answer here too. Both O2 sensors are after the turbo. It was discussed that running TH & EB will help desoot the turbo. Does that soot accumulate further down the pipe, though on the O2 sensors?

O2 sensors are cheaper and easier to replace (if not frozen/rusted into place) than the turbo. Would like to hear the answer to this question if there is an answer

Actually it is good for the turbo and get the exhaust heated up.
