Archived o5 2500 rear diff

today while cruiseing @68 on the highway my rear diff started a soft vibration. after getting off the highway it turned to a gear chewing grumble. Ahh anyone have ideas?>

U-JOINT, Put the truck in neutral (block a wheel) and go under it and shake the drive shaft at the u-joints and center bearing if you have one.
