O5 mods

I have a 05 CTD and I would like to do the following mods. AEM CAI, MRBP dual 4" cat back, and maybe the Banks High Ram (or ATS version). Any potential problems or sugeestions. Truck is mostly running at highway speed and ocassionally hauls about a 7. 5K enclosewd trailer. Thanks for any input

I aksed the same question regarding the Banks or ATS and from the replys I received, the ATS fits better.

The intake replacement does not make sense on a stock motor. If you add 100 RWHP it still does not make any sense to replace it. Secondly, you go into a dealer, that is a red flag even if you do not add a box. Totally not worth it, but go ahead if you must burn money.
