Archived O6 died out Smarty won't return to stock

Yesterday I'm driving down the road and my truck just dies out. Check engine light came on and "check gauges" was high lighted on the dash. Its the truck in my signature an 06 2500. It is still under warranty. When I plugged in the smarty to return it to stock so I can take it to the dealer the Smarty wouldn't do it. I get a message "Can error #117 Wrong Comm". Anyone know what's wrong?

Have you tried contacting Bob Wagner directly? I remember something about a special recovery program.

sounds like the ECM has had a hiccup and won't communicate with the OBDII port. Call Wagner too

Thanks to Bob and Marco

I got in touch with Bob and he called me back within one hour to tell me that he thought the problem was with my electrics and that it is a rather commmon failure on 06 trucks. He said not to worry about letting the dealer look at my truck and he would help me get everything fixed up once I got my truck fixed. I also recieved an email from Marco within 24 hours telling me the same thing. Thanks guys.
