obd II scanner

was at oreiley auto parts today and saw a pcm scanner for about 200 bones, anybody seen this one, wondering if so cheap is it worth it

What scanner was it? I have been looking for one, but cannot find one that says it will work on my truck, and I don't have a laptop to use the Alex Peper. Not to mention the fact that I would like to be able to program certain settings like tire size, and to read and record current settings, that way if Dodge flashes something that I don't like, I could go back to the way it was prior to the flash.
