I am not sure if there is a list but these are available, prob more

Intake Air Temp
Intake Air Pressure (absolute and/or boost)
Load
Throttle Position
Coolant Temp
Rail Pressure
Voltage
RPM
MPH
Barometric Pressure

Will also include Boost, transmission Temp, Current transmission Gear and T/C locked/unlocked.

EGT also, but you will have to buy and install the probe.

I went with the Edge w/Attitude back in '06 and no regrets. Am planning to upgrade to the CTS Monitor this fall, display is a lot bigger and brighter than the previous style.

Please feel free to ask any questions, a lot of us on here have that very set-up and will share our experiences.

Mike. :)

The first question is mileage. I'm after better mpg. All else just comes along for the ride. But it sounds like I want the Edge Insight CTS and not gauges because of everything else that comes with it.

I vote for Smarty and gauges because I am a Smarty cheerleader. :D

If you want gauges to just check once in a while and be able to read things when there are issues the digital monitors work great.

If you are going to drive by those gauges and rely on them to make sure things stay together get a good set of analogs. Once you get the feel where the needles normally sit a quick glance will trip the uh-oh reflex when that needle is not in its normal position. You won't get that with a digital readout. :)

I was thinking about the Edge for gauges also. I looks like you can set it up to look like a gauge for visuals + do they have settable audible alarms for some parameters?

Where does it get the trans. temp from? I thought I saw that it shows some exhaust temps but not sure where except for the optional EGT that goes in the manifold.

I got used to driving by boost + EGT on my '95. + trans. temp was a must!

Not to hijack this thread wondering if AH64ID found any x controls that work on our Scan Gauge ll ?

One of the main reasons that I selected the Edge w/Attitude is the ability to set your personal preferences for operating parameters, it has an audible alarm plus backdown which is far quicker than you can catch it yourself. My '06 will create 1400 degree pre-turbo temps in the blink of an eye and I have set the backdown/alarm at 1350 degrees.

The Edge catches it and deals with before I can react myself, very handy while towing in heavy traffic where your attention may be directed elsewhere at that moment.

I had to add the EGT probe on my '06 truck, but I suspect that '07 and up trucks will already have a datastream regarding pre and post DPF temps so the Attitude will more than likely use that for EGT readings.

It's a catch 22, as other tuners like the Smaty Jr don't run that hot so your fine without the alarm!
