OBDII scan tools

Hello,



I've been debating this for a week or two, but can't decide which one I want.



I'm looking pretty hard at the autoenginuity/Palm setup. Has anyone used this? Would I need the CAN option for the 3rd Gen's?? Is it worth the money?
