Anyone see the Orange County Choppers show (Dixie Chopper Episode) with their new Waterjet? What an awesome machine that is. I would enjoy working with something like that.

Yes I did see that episode, unfortunately I only saw Vennie cutting the handle bars. That machine was just awesome in the way it operated.

I didn't see that episode, but I have a waterjet. Different brand though. Gotten a ton of use out of it already. Made some parts that I use to have to stamp out by hand and now can now run it on the jet in way less time. I need to see that episode.

Speaking about the Dixie Chopper episode, while driving on Friday, I saw a trailer emblazoned with the Dixie logo, web site, etc. Guess what was pulling it? A third gen also with the Dixie logo.

Just saw that episode.

When they cut that fin for the rear fender, Vince said it doesn't make perfectly square cut!! He had to use the belt sander to make it square so the fin would stand up straight.

What's up with that?

No square cuts?!

Heck, even a cheap plasma cutter can do that...

Maybe they had the machine setup wrong... like anything, maybe it takes a while to get used to it.

It won't be long before OCC only subs out the paint... they keep growing and growing...
