Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Od Shift

MY O1 dodge 2500 quad cab with 47re will shift in and out of over drive when i open throttle to fully open and then it will shift back into over drive when i let off throttle but it keeps jumping back and forth depending if i full throttle the accelertor or not. i have the codes for TCC OD performance{1740} and a code for DTC in PCM or ECM? ANY IDEAS THANKS
