Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Odd noise in the boost gauge

When putting the pedal to the metal, there is a buzzing, or fluttering noise coming from the boost gauge. When getting off the throttle it quits. Then only time it does it is when giving it power. It is connected to the block via a Piers boost gauge fitting/bolt. It is a bit irritating after a while. Any ideas??

Thanks!! I emailed Diesel Injection Service and told them to send a snubber if they have them. Thats where I got the gauges also, very good place to work with. .
