Wierd issue with my tires... My tires in the rear are wearing very awkward. I have Neeper Rims w/Spacers - The farthest point out, & the farthest point in on the tread are worn to nothing, & where the tires come together there is still tread left. (like a hump where the tires meet) Anyone have this happen before..... I know this is a bad description, I'm hoping someone has had this & jumps in quickly.....

Am I just way off with the pressures? I have about 45 - 50 psi in them when not towing.

I'm getting new tires for it, but I'd like to correct this problem, if it is one, first.

TIA

I know on a tire if the outsides are worn they are typically under inflated... . however on a dually i am not sure if that still holds true

If you look at say, the right side tires (rear) from behind the truck, They have a crown - the left & right are down, & the middle is high.

Is the weight of a DRW dispersed to the outsides of the tires? All I can think of... & that would mean I'm just low on pressure (I hope) too worn now to really test it out. I'd hate to kill a new set of tires.

I have near 50K on my rears now and they are worn evenly, although the outside tire on both sides is a little more worn than the inner but the tread on each one is even ... I think you may have a pressure problem, I run 50psi empty and 60psi loaded and have no problems with my BFG Commercial and I never rotate the rears. :D

just my 0. 02 worth
