Hi Rammers ! Anyone that have an idea how to reset the odometer after a change to a new one. I live in Sweden ( Europe ) and have just recently imported my second CTD from TX.

It had ofcourse a odometer with miles on it ( 84000 ) but since we in sweden uses km/h i bought a used instrument cluster from a Canadian truck. This one have 4200 km ( 26100 miles). How do I reset this one ? Is it possible by somehow shorting two of the pins ?? All suggestions are welcome

I don't think you can. When a cluster is replaced with a new one, the dealer gets one, O N E shot at setting the mileage on the new unit to the correct vehicle mileage, after that, it's a done deal. You may have to get a sticker to put on the truck/cluster saying it was replaced at xxxx. x miles, and actual mileage is current readings plus the xxxx. x.
