2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission OEM Exhaust pipe diameter ???

Anyone know (for certain) what the diameter pipe used in a 98 2500 ??

My '98 12 valve had a 4" section between the muffler and cat. I put a Banks kit on a few years ago that had 3 1/2" cat back . Recently I put in a 4" turbo back with a '06 4" cat. EGTs seem a bit lower when towing but acceleration power seems reduced. Don't know why.
