Brake Module wiring question

Anyone know what weight the 2500 factory rim's are rated to carry? I figure since the rear axel is rated for 6084 lbs (don't have the truck in front of me, so am going on memory there), that the rims should be able to carry at least half each (around 3042 lbs). Naturally, the dealer doesn't have a clue, and it isn't stamped on the rims anywhere.

I found that somewhere parts manual or wheel guide and you hit the nail on the head 3042# also happens to be max load I could find for any 16" tubeless tire. Somewhere I also saw that the axle is not the limiting factor the tire wheel combo is. If you go to 17. 5 or 19. 5 wheels you can up the load but I am unsure how much more the springs can handle.

Thanks for the info Eric!
