OEM Tow Hooks/Winch Mount

Has anyone installed a winch (Warn, Ramsey, Superwinch, etc. ) on their 2001 3/4 ton 5. 9L Diesel with the factoy tow hooks installed? I have not been able to find a mount (Bull bar / Brushguard) that will allow you to keep the tow hooks installed. Everyone that I have seen thus far says they have to be removed before the winch mount can be installed.

I have a Ramsey RE10K mounted on my truck and after I make a spacer block I will be able to remount the tow hooks. With the mount that Ramsey uses the hooks need to be lowered about 2. 5" to clear a cross brace.
