Hello TDR Gang!

I hope everybody is looking forward to the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend! What a great opportunity to jump in those fine looking & running First Generation trucks and head for the destination of your choice.

Just in case you happen to be wondering, "What's Keeno up to for the weekend"? Well, funny you should ask!

I'm jumping in my 92 W250 this afternoon and heading North to Connecticut to visit two folks I've been looking forward to meeting for a few months now! Who might they be, you ask? No other than Ted Jannetty @ JRE for a little Cummins TLC & our fearless leader "Old School"!

My truck has been in need of an enhanced Injector pump & high flowing injectors for sometime now. I have found no one in my area (Nashville, Tn. ) that I could trust to insure that this installation went in 100% accurate using dial indicators & locating actual TDC. I'm now willing to drive 1000+ miles to visit with the much respected Ted Jannetty of JRE to have this work done by his capable hands!

Ted is planning on swapping my tired old pump out for one that has been rebuilt/enhanced and test bench set to his specifications by his 'Top Secret medicine man' of the diesel fuel world. We are also installing a set of Ted's HO injectors as recommended by "Old School" and modifying the existing Banks exhaust system to become more free flowing.

If anyone has interest I'll report out on these hopefully "Night & Day" modifications on my 1000 mile return trip home using my trip up as a benchmark.

After a fun filled day at Ted's shop, my girlfriend is flying in from Chicago and were planning on visiting with "Old School", look over his immaculate example of a Quality First Gen truck, having a bite to eat and see what souvenirs we might be able to bring back to Nashville with us.

Wishing everybody a safe & happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Keeno
