You're not gonna believe this. August 1, as I traveled across that ole Confederate state of Georgia, I witnessed with my very own eyes, fueling stations selling Diesel - in decending order that I saw - $1. 17, $1. 11, $1. 06 AND $. 99!!! NOT off-road fuel either.

Sounds like it's worth the drive from here!



When I went across Georgia/Alabama in '98, the lowest price I saw was $0. 86/gal. Dirt cheap!



I have noticed the price of ol' #2 is dropping up here too... Gasoline is staying pretty much the same though.

Man, those prices really pi@@ me off. Premium unleaded is 1. 519 here and Diesel is 1. 699. I know I could get it for a 1. 30 or 1. 40 out on the interstate but thats a 30 mile round trip.
