do you have a muffler or a straight pipe? i've been comtemplating stacks for a long time, but with a future building of a headrack, i think i wont do stacks. get some pics up!
I agree, the sound from those stacks is just aewsome!!! I get a big thumbs up all the time while driving around. I have even had people come up to me and ask me to start my truck so they can hear the stacks
Sunday night after I finished intalling them I took it for a test runOo. when I pulled out on to the road I mashed the loud pedal all the way through 4th in town well as I was coming back to the house this guy across the the street comes running out yelling#@$%! to slow down at that point and time I was only going about 30 in a 30 in 3rd gear. When I got next to him I pulled her down into 4th and blipped the loud pedal before letting out the clutch OOPS
I wasn't expecting them to be in between the cab/flatbed. Need a close up view of those from the side. Would like to see how it is routed if you can get any pics of that.
Went out on the lake one time last year with my g/f and her uncle and cousin. Well when we came back the first thing I see in the parking lot is a brand new 2001 Dodge 3500 Std. Cab 4x4 Flatbed. Didn't think much of it except nice, shiney truck at the time.
As I walked up to my truck though I saw the shiney chrome pipes between the cab and flatbed. Only wimpy 3. 5 inchers though
