Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Oil Addatives (PTFE)

This subject has probably been visited many times but I could not readily find a thread. I have used a Teflon (PTFE) additive in several gasoline vehicles with good results. Does anyone know of any problems with using it in a diesel engine (97 dodge cummins, 110k miles).
