Oil and Filter tests

Does anyone know of any tests comparing Delo 15-40 vs Rotella 15-40 dino oils? Also any comparing major brand oil filters. Wix vs Fram etc?

As far as oil comparisons, I don't know, but I do know Fram oil filters are a no no, they have a history of falling apart and destroying the engine. Fleetguard filters are a Cummins filter and are no more expensive.

"search forums" and try TSB -09-004-01 ,you might find

what you're looking for on approved oil filters.

If you go to the "products/accessories (no engine/transmission

discussions) forum and search "engine oils" you might

find what you're looking for.

Somewhere in the forums,a member posted comparisons

of different oils but,I can't remember exactly where.
