Oil and fuel filter

I have a supply of filters for my 2004. 5 and was wondering if they are the same as the 2012 filters? Thanks in advance for your responses.

The oil filters are. The fuel filters have a different part #, I'm not sure about physically fitting but I was told there is also a smaller micron rating on the new ones (5 if I was told right).

fuel filter has a different housing so no they won't work but oil should be ok
