I Blew My headgasket a Few months Back and got the head o-ringed and studed. I Noticed after a few days i was smelling burn't oil at start up and You can see the white smoke. Can't tell if it's burning all the time theres no smell or white smoke while driving. Anyways It's Making me alittle nervous about what it can be? Anyone have any thoughts. I was thinking it was getting passed the rings due to higher hp's (blow by) and more egt temp than stock which could effect the ring gap. whats your thoughts?

53 psi full boost

Valve stem seals!! I ran a KSB-1-2 turbo with Mach 3. 4 injectors awesome spool up!! But it was non-wastegated making 52lbs with 70plus drive press lifted all my exhaust valve stem seals up. EGTs may have help also 1600plus It would white smoke at start up and if i would leave it idling for a 15 or more mins. and drive off it would smoke white could also be valve guides.

Miller makes a valve spring tool for all 4 springs at 1 time. I can get the part to you later.

OPoole - what is the part # for this tool and where can I get it from? BTW I looked at your site and the work you do looks sweet!
