I am currently running the mopar stuff. I tried redline MTL and didn't like it. It would grind a little going in to 3rd and 4th. I also ran amsoil series 3000 5w30 motor oil for a while and it worked well, but one of my fast coolers started leaking, and i dumped it and put the mopar in when i fixed the leak. I think i read in the last issue of the TDR that penzoil has now duplicated the OEM stuff and its about half the cost. I just recently bought the Mopar stuff and it was 9 bucks a quart. FYI

I believe its called Penzoil Syncromesh. It's highly recommended that you add a filter such as the one available from Geno's or Quad 4x4 since bearing contamination can be a problem with these.

Make sure you can get the fill plug out before you drain it. Its a big one - something like 17mm allen. Maybe its a common tool for some, but I sure didn't have one in the tool box.
