Oil Cooler Cover Leakage

A word of advice / caution: I recently discovered leakage around the oil cooler cover. The leak went from a slight oil film to a steady flow in less than 500 miles - it turns out the cooler cover bolts (small, 10 mm head size) were all loose - one was finger loose. Moral of the story - on the older high mileage engines, vibration and mileage will produce problems not normally encountered - stay alert and if you are a new owner to one of these beloved and venerable vehicles, make sure you familiarize yourself with normal and abnormal conditions.
