I went through this same issue with the 2012 that I had. At 1800-2000 miles after an oil change the computer would be screaming that it was due for an oil change. Pull the plug and drain out 18-20 qts of fuel laden oil. Each and every oil change.... After a few (5 or 8 ) trips to the dealer. New injectors, re- flashes after re- flash and the dealer telling me I was not using the truck as designed..... Wait towing a trailer and driving roughly 650-750 miles a week mostly at speeds over 45 the truck was not being used as designed. Even the run out to Cummins factory for the TDR factory days in 2013 was not using the truck as designed.... I brought the truck in for inspection with only 700 miles on the oil change the Dealer TEC says the oil level is very over filled... I blew up and traded it in on a 2013 and havent looked back. With the exception of a few stupid software up dates the truck has been flaw less. The oil changes last well over 10,000 miles with out any fuel showing up. My advice DUMP THE 2012.
