Have been using Wix filters but am thinking of switching to Fleetguard. If I do, what is the best one? The Standard or the Microglass? Is the microglass twice as efficient since it is twice as expensive?

Same question. I've been having my oil changed at Pep Boys. They have been installing their filter and oil. Any one have any comments? I've been thinking about going to changing my own oil. Is Delo any better or worse than Valvoline BLUE?

Stan:
I just use the regular on mine, but i'm also gonna try the micro one in the near future, the price isn't too much different i don't think. But just fleetguard in general is a wise choice. . go for it!

I've been using the Fleetguard microglass oil filters and Fleetguard fuel filters on my '92 and now the '98.
The Fleetguard filters and Valvoline Premium Blue 15W40 are available from the Cummins distributor. I've recently used Shell Rotella T 15W40 and like it.
Quite a few folks like the synthetics, but I prefer to change out the oil on a more frequent basis and use the best mineral blend available.

I use Delo 400 15w 40 and a Napa gold filter made by Wix and my water fuel is Napa gold made by Wix. Never had a problem.
