Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) oil leak

I have a 96 12 valve that has a major oil leak from the valve covers . It new gaskets and valve covers and still leaks from the same spot. any ideals will be apprecated

In addition to the other response, are the stock shoulder bolts being used?
