Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Oil leak

I have noticed since this last winter that there were a couple of drops of oil on the ground under the engine in the morning when I went to start it. Thought it was the oil tube, but crawled under it and it is the tappit cover at the very back lower corner leaking. Any ideas on how to change it with out stripping everything off of the left side of the engine?

Mine has been leaking ever since I tabbed the KDP. I just live with it and hope it will decrease. I don't have to add much oil in the first place...
